- This part is required when using the LT5 throttle body with the LT4 supercharger on LT truck V8 engines
- 93mm through hole (not tapered)
- Compatible with 95mm LT5 throttle body ONLY

Compatible with 92-103mm intake manifold (or supercharger): LS 4-bolt (except LS4) and Gen V: LT1, LT2, LT4, L86, L87, L8B, L8P, L8T
- Plate has M6-1.0mm threaded holes
- Made in Wichita, Kansas, from 1/2" thick 6061-T6 USA produced billet aluminum
- Includes: adapter, oring, gasket, and mounting bolts (includes a gasket to use in between adapter plate and intake if intake is ported and cannot use a factory o-ring)
