Factory Replacement Alternator Bracket for L77 L76 (SS, G8, Caprice)- OEM Mounting Location and Belt Length

*if using an iron engine block, it will only have one of the three holes to mount the alternator.  To get the minimum two holes, use our drill template, then drill & M10 tap.  or use our strongly recommended bracket and template kit to get the third bracket mounting hole.

Product Details:

• Compatible with LS truck/G8/Caprice bolt pattern (5.46") alternators, factory "truck" alternators will require slight grinding on the block (see below video)(unless you use a -2 or -3 harmonic balancer spacing). For direct fit alternator requiring no block modification, use Mechman small case alternator or use G8, SS sedan, or Caprice alternator.

• Compatible with harmonic balancer from: Corvette, 2008-2017 SS, G8, Caprice
